All About The Netherlands

The Netherlands offer more English-taught bachelor’s degree programs than any other country in continental Europe. The number and range of options make them a top choice for many students. This seven lesson course provides basic and specific information about the Dutch Universities. It also covers academic life, student life, housing, admissions, and financial considerations.

Student Masterclass: Get Set

The application process in Europe is fairly straightforward-but does use terms, timelines, and processes that students (and their high school counselors) may not be familiar with.  This three week course will help students determine what they need to gather to apply, how to gather those items, how to make sure those items meet the university specifications, a timeline for each of the European schools they will apply to, and how to write a motivation letter.

Like the On Your Mark class, each week includes a video lessons and assignments that the student can do at times that best fit their schedule.  There is also a parent email at the beginning of each week so they are aware of what students are learning and doing with the course each week. The other benefits of this course is the community it builds among students pursuing these options and personalized feedback from Jenn.  These are achieved through group calls, a private instagram message group (which will include participation from current students in Europe), and individual feedback from Jenn about their motivation letter draft.

This course is only offered once a year so reserve your spot now! The two group calls are held at 1:30 eastern on October 18th and 25th.

Understanding Business Programs

This four lesson course walks your through how to explore the different specific areas of study listed under business. We then look at the similarities and differences of business programs offer at a research university, university of applied science, and business schools.  You will learn about accreditations, admissions, and a number of specific programs/schools that have interesting or unique offerings.

A concrete plan for next steps.
Each week will include video lessons and assignments that the student can do at times that best fit their schedule.  There will also be a parent email at the beginning of each week so they are aware of what students are learning and doing with the course each week.
